Villa Saimaan Joutsenlahti on moderni hirsihuvila, joka tarjoaa laadukasta majoitusta niin perheille kuin pariskunnillekin. Huvila on rakennettu vuonna 2020 ja sen isoista ikkunoista avautuvat upeat näkymät Saimaalle. Huvilassa on kaksi tilavaa makuuhuonetta, joista toisessa on parivuode ja toisessa kaksi erillistä vuodetta. Pesuhuoneessa on suihku ja wc, ja ilmalämpöpumpun ansiosta mökissä on miellyttävä lämpötila ympäri vuoden. Keittiö on tilava ja moderni, ja siellä on käytössä kaikki tarvittavat laitteet, kuten astianpesukone, jääkaappi ja pakastin, induktioliesi sekä mikroaaltouuni. Mökissä on myös äly-tv ja bluetooth-kaiutin, joten viihde- ja musiikkilaitteetkin ovat kunnossa. Huvilan yhteydessä on erillinen rakennus, jossa on yksi lisämakuuhuone kahdella erillisellä vuoteella. Rannassa sijaitseva puulämmitteinen rantasauna on huvilan ehdoton helmi. Saunan pukuhuoneesta avautuu iso maisemaikkuna järvelle, joten löylyjen jälkeen voi nauttia kauniista järvimaisemasta. Rantasaunan lisäksi rannassa on myös iso terassialue, jossa on kesäkeittiö ja ulkotakka. Lisäksi mökissä on tilava olohuone, keittiö, sauna sähkökiukaalla, pesuhuone, avokuisti ja kolmen hengen puuteltta. Villa Helge on upea vuokramökki, joka sijaitsee 60 km kaakkoon Mikkelistä Kuolimojärven rannalla. Mökki on rakennettu vuonna 1990 ja siinä on tupakeittiö, yksi makuuhuone, pesuhuone, sauna, erillinen wc ja iso terassi, josta avautuu upeat maisemat. Avoparvella on myös kaksi vuodetta. Villa Helgessä on myös erillinen vierastalo, joka valmistui vuonna 2010 ja siinä on olohuone, keittiönurkkaus, kaksi makuuhuonetta, wc ja iso terassi. Erillisessä rantasaunassa voi nauttia saunomisesta puukiukaalla ja vilvoitella katetulla kuistilla. Kesäkeittiössä voi valmistaa herkkuja kolmella sivulla olevassa lasitetussa tilassa, jossa on kaasugrilli, muurattu grilli ja painevesi.
